OPPO Launches A7 Pro Max with Massive 10000 mAh Battery

OPPO has launched the A7 Pro Max, a smartphone carrying the largest battery in the history of the brand. The massive device combines a 10000 mAh battery with a fast OLED screen and multiple water resistance ratings. The new powerhouse is now available starting at 325 dollars.

The 10000 mAh battery is the clear centerpiece of this hardware. It provides enough charge to watch continuous short videos for 24 hours. Charging operates at 80 watts. The system works with standard charging protocols like Power Delivery, and reverse wired charging can push up to 27 watts. OPPO claims the battery will hold over 80% of its initial capacity after 1500 charging cycles. This means the battery is built to last for years without major degradation.

Performance relies on an octa core Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 processor. Buyers can choose between 8 or 12 gigabytes of LPDDR4X memory. Storage tiers go up to 512 gigabytes using fast UFS 3.1 speeds. The software is built on Android 16 running the ColorOS 16 skin. Up front, you get a 6.78 inch OLED panel running at 120 Hz. The display reaches a peak brightness of 1800 nits and resolves at 2772 by 1272 pixels.

The camera block on the rear houses a 50 megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilization and a 2 megapixel secondary monochrome lens. A customizable RGB notification ring glows directly inside the camera module to alert you of messages. Selfies are handled by a 50 megapixel front shooter with autofocus. The body carries rugged credentials, meeting IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K liquid protection standards. Other features include stereo speakers, NFC, an infrared port, and an under screen fingerprint sensor.

Pricing tiers depend on your storage choice. The base model with 8 gigabytes of memory and 128 gigabytes of space costs 325 dollars. Bumping the specs to 12 gigabytes of memory and 256 gigabytes of space costs 399 dollars. The absolute top configuration with 12 gigabytes of memory and 512 gigabytes of storage tops out at 444 dollars.
