Hardware manufacturer ERYING has launched a pair of desktop motherboards featuring soldered Intel Core i7 13798HRE and i5 13598HRE processors. Built for embedded and industrial environments, the platforms offer up to 14 cores, PCIe Gen5 expansion, and dual channel memory support without integrated graphics. Pricing starts at roughly $167 USD for the i5 variant and reaches $195 USD for the i7 model.
Both chips belong to Intel mobile silicon lines aimed at wide temperature applications. Because these processors do not include integrated graphics chips, builders must install a dedicated graphics card to get a video signal. Power consumption sits at a standard 55W base level for both options.
The top configuration carries the Core i7 13798HRE, which delivers 6 Performance cores and 8 Efficient cores for a total of 14 cores. It hits clock speeds up to 5.0GHz and includes 24MB of L3 cache. The more affordable Core i5 13598HRE comes with 4 Performance cores and 8 Efficient cores, reaching peak speeds of 4.8GHz alongside 18MB of L3 cache.
The motherboard measures 175 mm in width and 215 mm in length. Memory expansion relies on 2 standard DDR4 UDIMM slots. For graphics and add in cards, you get 1 PCIe Gen5 x8 physical slot alongside a secondary PCIe Gen3 x4 slot. Storage options include 2 M.2 NVMe slots split between PCIe Gen4 x4 and PCIe Gen3 x4 speeds, accompanied by 2 standard SATA ports for traditional hard drives.
