Lenovo Launches Lightweight Ruitian 14X 2026 Laptop with Intel Core 5 320

Lenovo has officially released the Ruitian 14X 2026, an ultra lightweight business laptop weighing just 1.05 kg. The machine pairs an Intel Core 5 320 processor with a sharp 2.8K 120Hz display and a 60Wh battery. It is now selling in China with an introductory price of 4499 yuan, which converts to roughly 630 USD.

Under the hood sits an Intel Core 5 320 processor built with 6 cores and 6 threads. The chip reaches a maximum boost clock of 4.6GHz and includes an integrated Neural Processing Unit capable of 16 TOPS for on device AI tasks. Lenovo pairs the processor with 12GB of LPDDR5 memory and a 512GB PCIe 3.0 solid state drive for routine business workloads.

The chassis features an all metal design across the outer lid, keyboard deck, and base plate while remaining exceptionally light at 1.05 kg. Opening the device reveals a 14 inch IPS display with a 2880x1800 resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Narrow borders deliver a 90% screen to body ratio with full 100% sRGB color gamut coverage and a maximum brightness of 400 nits. The laptop can also drive 3 independent screens at once using the built in display alongside the HDMI 2.0 port and the DisplayPort capable Type C port.

A 60Wh battery keeps the notebook running for over 10 hours thanks to Intel WCL low power management technology. A standard 65W PD adapter handles fast recharging. Physical connectivity is surprisingly wide for such a slim machine. Users get 2 full function Type C USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, 2 Type A USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, 1 Type A USB 2.0 port, 1 HDMI 2.0 output, and a 3.5mm combo audio jack.

The keyboard provides 1.2mm of key travel for comfortable typing during long work sessions. Wireless connectivity includes Wi Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4. Lenovo tested the laptop against multiple rigorous standards for drops, vibration, high altitude, and thermal cycles to ensure reliability. The regular retail price sits at 4999 yuan (around 700 USD), with promotional pricing at 4499 yuan (around 630 USD) and regional subsidies dropping the entry cost down to 3824 yuan (around 535 USD). It comes preloaded with Windows 11.
