OPPO has launched its new 80W Mini GaN charger known as the Small Square Bottle. The pocket sized brick cuts volume by 40% compared to standard models while supporting multiple fast charging standards like 45W PD and 55W PPS. It is on sale in China for 199 yuan, which converts to roughly $28 USD.
Shrinking power adapters without sacrificing output remains a priority for mobile accessory makers. OPPO achieved this by switching to gallium nitride internals. The new adapter weighs just 76g and comes in 2 colorways: Khaki Fragrance and Fog Titanium. The package also includes a soft silicone skin friendly cable in the box.
Proprietary fast charging plugs often fail to charge other electronics quickly. OPPO addressed this issue by broadening protocol compatibility. The plug delivers full 80W SUPERVOOC charging on compatible OPPO phones. For other devices, it pushes up to 45W through USB Power Delivery and 55W through PPS. That means you can easily power up tablets, smartwatches, and even smaller laptops using 1 compact wall plug.
