Black Shark has introduced the Fengming Over Ear Gaming Headset Ultra alongside the Fengshen Pro Pressurized Laptop Cooler to expand its desktop gaming lineup. The new headset delivers 52dB hybrid active noise cancellation, 4 connection options, and dual coaxial acoustic drivers for 479 yuan ($67 USD). The companion cooler drops core hardware temperatures by up to 61 degrees Celsius using an automated variable frequency cooling system.
The Fengming Headset Ultra uses a dual coaxial driver configuration pairing a 26mm high frequency unit with a 40mm mid bass driver. The smaller unit isolates high register audio cues like footsteps, while the larger driver delivers low end punch for game immersion. Built in DTS spatial sound algorithms provide accurate positional audio cues during play. Hybrid active noise cancellation eliminates up to 52dB of background interference, cutting low frequency air conditioning hums and PC fan noise.
Voice transmission relies on 2 separate microphone systems. An integrated environmental noise reduction microphone operates inside the ear cup, while a detachable electret boom microphone handles direct voice capture. The physical chassis uses 180 mesh anodized aluminum alloy, memory foam protein leather cushions with dedicated channels for eyeglasses, and a flexible headband structure.
Dual audio control chips manage 4 separate connection modes. Players can connect via a 2.4G wireless USB A dongle, a 2.4G wireless Type C adapter, standard Bluetooth, or a 3.5mm audio cable. This gives the headset plug and play support across PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and mobile hardware. Integrated power amplification and signal tuning bring wireless input latency down to 15ms or lower.
A 1000 mAh internal battery powers the device. On Bluetooth connections, the headset runs for up to 150 hours of audio playback on 1 charge. For active gaming routines of 8 hours per day, the battery lasts up to 20 days before needing a recharge.
The Fengshen Pro cooler targets thermal throttling on gaming laptops using a sealed pressure chamber design. A dual core cooling layout drops internal system temperatures by up to 61 degrees Celsius. An automated thermal management chip reads system heat levels and adjusts internal fan velocity without user intervention. The unit powers on automatically once connected to electricity.
A 4 stage acoustic dampening system keeps operational noise down through streamlined air ducts, balanced fan blades, a sealed outer shell, and rubber isolation pads. Black Shark removed the digital smart display found on previous designs to streamline the top surface. The redesigned chassis integrates 19 individual RGB light beads into an illumination strip and provides high speed data passthrough for external peripherals.
