MSI has introduced the Prestige N16 Flip AI+, a 16 inch convertible laptop built on NVIDIA RTX Spark silicon. The system features a 360 degree rotating hinge, up to 128GB of unified memory, and an optional UHD+ Tandem OLED touchscreen. Pre orders is now available through MSI official stores and authorized retail and channel partners, with availability varying by market.
The 360 degree hinge allows the machine to work in 4 modes: laptop, tablet, tent, and presentation. Users can choose between 2 display options. The top tier version uses a 16 inch UHD+ panel with 3840x2400 resolution and Tandem OLED technology, while the second version offers a 2.8K OLED screen with 2880x1800 resolution. Both screens refresh between 30 and 120 Hz, cover 100% of the P3 color space, and meet VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000 standards. The chassis includes a dedicated internal slot to store and charge the bundled MSI Nano Pen stylus.
MSI splits configurations across 2 processor variants. Buyers can select an NVIDIA RTX Spark N1X chip with a 6144 core GPU and a 20 core CPU, or a step down version with a 5120 core GPU and an 18 core CPU. The platform supports up to 128GB of LPDDR5X memory and reaches 1 PFLOPS of FP4 compute for local artificial intelligence tasks. Internal storage relies on 1 M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe slot. The MSI Action touchpad includes programmable zones for custom gesture controls, and audio is handled by 4 speakers rated at 2 watts each with DTS Virtual and Hi Res Audio support.
Physical connections include 2 USB 4 Type C ports with Thunderbolt 4, DisplayPort, and Power Delivery 3.1 support, alongside 2 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type A ports. The chassis also features an HDMI 2.1 video output supporting up to 8K at 120 Hz and an SD card reader. Wireless connections run on Wi Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. A 99.9 Wh battery supplies power with 140W fast charging support. Security hardware consists of a fingerprint reader and a Full HD webcam fitted with a manual privacy shutter, all running on Windows 11.
