Nvidia has updated its official website with new details for the RTX Spark N1X superchip built for Windows on Arm computers. The processor will arrive in 2 hardware tiers for laptops, while desktop machines will only get a single high tier model. The new details confirm earlier retail leaks pointing to multiple silicon configurations.

The official listing reveals a reduced mobile tier packing a 5120 core GPU alongside an 18 core CPU. In comparison, the top tier silicon features a 6144 core GPU and a 20 core CPU. This cut drops the graphics core count by roughly 17% and removes 2 processor cores. Nvidia has not yet published the exact architecture or clock speeds for the CPU layout.

Laptop makers now have options. Giving portable machines a scaled back silicon option helps manufacturers manage heat and battery consumption in thinner chassis. The full chip draws more power, making it better suited for larger laptops with heavier cooling setups.

Desktop and Mini PCs systems will skip the lower tier entirely. Buyers picking up a desktop PC will receive the full 6144 core GPU and 20 core CPU setup. This matches earlier retail leaks that listed two separate N1X chips using the 675 and 650 numbering. The 675 code represents the full silicon, while the 650 code designates the cut down laptop version.

Nvidia is positioning the RTX Spark N1X to compete directly against other custom Arm silicon in the personal computer market. Releasing multiple mobile tiers gives the company a practical path to scale performance across different price brackets and form factors.
