Xiaomi Rolls Out a New Game Controller for Phones and Tablets
Xiaomi is now selling a new game controller made for playing games on both phones and tablets. It's shown off as a great add-on for the Redmi K Pad and K80 Ultra, but its multi-use Bluetooth can link to many other devices too.

A Changeable Build with Basic Uses
The controller's split look lets the left and right parts work as one or alone. This choice lets players change it for different games or what they like. It hooks onto devices with clips that have a soft silicone cover to keep them safe.
Each side of the controller has a 600 mAh battery, giving up to 10 hours of game time. You can charge it with a USB Type-C.
How it Works and Ways to Make it Yours
A big plus is how fast it connects. A smart antenna setup keeps the Bluetooth delay to just 8 ms. The controller also pairs on its own, finding devices it knows when it turns on.
The gamepad is built tough and works precisely, thanks to these top parts:
- Hall Effect Analog Sticks: These sticks last long and don't easily wear out.
- Stick Height You Can Change: You can set how high each stick is by picking from three choices.
- Swap-out D-Pad: You can switch out the arrow keys to fit how you play.
- RGB Lighting: It has bright RGB lights you can change for each game you play.
Cost and When You Can Get It
You can now buy the new Xiaomi gamepad in China. It costs 499 yuan, or about $69 USD.
