Beelink Rolls Out EQR7 Mini PC with Quiet Work and Ryzen Chips
Beelink just put out a new, low-cost mini PC in China called the EQR7. This unit aims for quiet work and lets you pick up to a Ryzen 7 7735U chip, 24 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 8 TB of room to keep things.
Chip and Screen Set Up
You can pick from two main setups of the EQR7, based on AMD's Rembrandt-U Refresh APUs:
- Ryzen 7 7735U: A top pick with a built-in Radeon 680M GPU, good for playing games okay at 1080p with low screen stuff.
- Ryzen 5 7535U: This choice has a built-in Radeon 660M GPU, fit for light to not too hard gaming at 1080p.
Though good for some gaming, Beelink shows the EQR7 more as a work mini PC.
Memory and Room
Both kinds of the EQR7 come with 24 GB of LPDDR5 RAM. For keeping things, the unit has two PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots, each can hold a 4 TB SSD, making a top room of 8 TB.
Links and Holes
The Beelink EQR7 offers a good mix of holes for linking up:
- 1x USB Type-C (10 Gbps)
- 3x USB Type-A (10 Gbps)
- 1x USB 2.0 Type-A
- 2x HDMI
- 2x Gigabit LAN
- 1x 3.5 mm sound jack
For no wire links, the mini PC works with WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.
More Bits and Cost
More cool bits of the EQR7 are a quiet cooling setup rated at 32 dB and a built-in 85 W power unit. The cost in China is set like this:
- Ryzen 5 7535U model: CNY 1,999 (about $299)
- Ryzen 7 7735U model: CNY 2,399 (about $349)
Beelink hasn't said yet about the price or if it will be sold in other places, but the firm often puts out most of its stuff in markets not in China.
