Version 2.0 Up and Running with New Events
Version 2.0 is out now for everyone. To celebrate, players can get 11 free Lightforge Ingots by joining in new events and finishing tasks. You can get more rewards by:
- Playing the Dreamland Wonder mini-games.
- Saving the giant Chefosaurus Rex.
- Checking in daily.
New PvE Scene Dive Into the Endless Dream
A fresh Nightmare-themed PvE scene called Endless Dream is here. This mode takes you to a strange world with old TVs and left behind fun parks. You can explore the whole map right from the start, split into Dream Zones and Nightmare Areas.
Living Through a Broken World
In this mix of real and dream worlds, players face ghostly dangers and deal with a new “Confusion” rule. To clear Dream Zones, players must beat their guardians Light Dreamers, Deep Dreamers, and the mighty Eternal Dreamers. Meet new foes like:
- Agony A mix of human and machine that sparks electricity.
- Misery A statue with flowers inside that blows up to attack.
- Naivety A teddy bear with a spooky TV in its stomach.
Players can build freely without rules on land. The game has a real-time, five-stage system that changes based on how quickly nightmares are cleared, leading to different endings.
What's Up Next for Once Human
NetEase has a plan for what's next, including new games for consoles and a new PvP game.
Console Release Dates Set
Once Human will come out on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X in 2026. The makers say they are almost done with these new versions.
Once Human RaidZone A Fresh PvP Game
A new PvP-focused game, Once Human RaidZone, launches on July 30. You start with nothing, find weapons and stuff, make short friendships, and always watch for double-crosses. The whole map is open for base raids anytime. The special powers from the first game have been changed just for this PvP setup.
