Realme Says No Pro+ Model in New 15 Series

Realme will make things simple with its new 15 series, set to come out in about a week. A top person from the company has said that this series won’t have a Pro+ model. This is a big change from what they had before.

Just Two Models This Time

Francis Wong, who leads product marketing at Realme, said there won't be a Realme 15 Pro+ this time. When they show it in India, there will be just two types the Realme 15 and the Realme 15 Pro.

Here is how it looks now:

They still haven't said if other types like the Realme 14x, Realme 14 Pro Lite, and Realme 14T will have next ones.

Camera Quality Drops in the Pro

While Realme wants to keep things simple, this new plan makes people ask about things like the camera. The Realme 15 Pro will have two 50MP back cameras.

This is different from the old Realme 14 Pro+, which had three:

  • A 50MP main one.
  • A 50MP zoom one with OIS and 3x zoom.
  • An 8MP wide one.

Not having the zoom and wide camera is a step down in how good the new Pro’s camera is.

Better Stuff in Other Parts

Despite the less good camera, the Realme 15 Pro will get better in other parts, like a brighter screen, a more strong chip, and a bigger battery.

The normal Realme 15 will also get better from the Realme 14 Pro, with a brighter and quicker screen, better cameras, a bigger battery, and faster to fill up.

When to Expect Them

Both the Realme 15 and Realme 15 Pro will be out for all to see on July 24.
