Beelink GTR9 Pro A Mini PC with Big Dreams
Beelink just put out its GTR9 Pro mini PC for everyone around the world, after first showing it in China. This small box uses AMD's strong Strix Halo APU, the Ryzen AI Max+ 395, making it a powerful swap for a big desktop. It's up for early order at a lower first price.
Great for Games and Top Work Power
At the heart of the GTR9 Pro is its Strix Halo APU, made to give top performance. The built-in Radeon 8060S graphics are said to match a Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPU. This means the GTR9 Pro can handle more than simple tasks; it's good for playing big AAA games on high settings and doing heavy jobs like video edits and 3D builds.
To keep this power, Beelink says the system can run at a strong 140W TDP, with an MSC 2.0 cooling setup to keep it cool under hard use.
All-In Setup for Power Users
When it came out, Beelink set up the GTR9 Pro in one full-power style:
- Memory: A huge 128 GB of LPDDR5x RAM. This big memory helps with really big multitask jobs, running many virtual spaces, or editing big, high-detail videos.
- Storage: A quick 2 TB NVMe SSD, and you can fit up to 8 TB if you need more room for big game or media files.
Plugs and Looks
The GTR9 Pro's top-level power is matched by lots of plug options, making it a central unit for any setup:
- Fast Plugs: Has two USB4 plugs, two 10 Gbps LAN plugs, a 10 Gbps USB-C plug, DisplayPort 2.1, and HDMI 2.1.
- Wireless: Comes with the newest WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
- Useful Bits: It can show on four screens, has a SD 4.0 card slot for creators, and a built-in finger-print reader with Windows Hello.
- Neat Setup: One key look point is the in-box 230W power supply, keeping the look clean and avoiding a big outside power unit. It looks a lot like Apple's Mac Studio.
Early Order Price and When You Can Get It
You can order the Beelink GTR9 Pro early for just $1,985, down from $2,399. Beelink hasn't said when this deal will stop.
Not like some others, like the Aokzoe, GMKtec EVO-X2, Peladn Y01 and FEVM FA-EX9, Beelink isn't selling any cheaper, lower-power styles right now, making the GTR9 Pro a top pick in the strong mini PC space.
