Noctua and Asetek confirm manufacturing stage for new liquid cooling systems with Emma G8 V2 pumps and NF A12x25 G2 fans for 2026 release after completing production validation tests
The Noctua and Asetek Partnership has achieved its final production milestone through this partnership. The high performance cooling market is preparing for a significant shift as Noctua and Asetek confirm the successful completion of the Production Validation Test phase for their latest joint project. The flagship liquid cooling systems which first appeared at Computex 2025 have now advanced into their manufacturing stage according to this milestone achievement. The companies have established their full market launch schedule for the second quarter of 2026 according to the latest technical information from Aalborg.
At the center of this new cooling solution is the Emma G8 V2 pump assembly which operates at a nominal speed of approximately 3600 revolutions per minute. The company Noctua developed a special triple layer noise reduction pump cover as the solution to their need to control noise problems which occur during their liquid cooling operations. The design of this engineering solution creates reduced sound transmission through air while it also prevents sound vibrations from moving through the structure of the PC case. Users will also have direct control over the balance of power and quietness through a dedicated mode switch which offers three distinct pump speed profiles.
The radiator uses its non louvered fin design to handle thermal dissipation by providing constant airflow while preventing dust accumulation during extended operational use. The radiator operates together with Noctua newest fan technology which includes the NF A12x25 G2 model and the larger NF A14x25 G2 model. The teams picked a fin structure which has low resistance to ensure that the system would maintain its thermal efficiency during operation at quiet fan speeds.
The new coolers are designed to fit seamlessly into existing high end builds by utilizing the SecuFirm2+ mounting system. The hardware enables complete compatibility with all existing parts while it provides mounting solutions which let users select between Intel and AMD processors to direct their heat management to specific areas of the silicon. Extensive benchmarking has confirmed that these alignment options provide a measurable improvement in thermal transfer compared to standard centered mounts.
The two companies have established reliability as their main goal for this collaborative project. The system uses an Asetek customized analog PWM controller which Noctua hardware experts calibrated specifically for Noctua equipment instead of standard software solutions. The organization selected this option to achieve better product stability which would last longer than standard digital solutions. The partnership has successfully demonstrated its technical capabilities and operational capabilities needed to introduce premium cooling solutions into global markets by completing validation processes. The partnership will begin worldwide distribution of premium cooling solutions in early 2026.
