The vivo X300s flagship smartphone features professional imaging capabilities and its highest battery capacity to date. vivo announced the X300s flagship smartphone on March 30 2026. The X series introduces its latest arrival which enables customers to access premium features through its standard model. The product has three core elements which enable professional photography work and advanced display technology and extended battery life. The chassis maintains a width of 8 millimeters while providing complete protection through its IP68 and IP69 ratings which safeguard against dust and water damage.
The vivo X300s operates with MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor power which works together with the V3 plus image processing chip. The company introduces its first 6.78 inch OLED display which operates at 144Hz and displays 1.5K resolution. The new LTPO panel achieves its peak brightness of 4500 nits while offering 2160Hz PWM dimming to minimize eye fatigue. The device maintains visibility in direct sunlight while offering gamers and media viewers seamless visual transitions.
The X300s maintains its focus on photography through its 200 megapixel main camera which utilizes the Samsung HPB 1/1.4 inch sensor. The module contains CIPA 4.5 level optical image stabilization which delivers stable performance during difficult shooting environments. The secondary 50 megapixel telephoto lens uses a Sony LYTIA 602 sensor paired with Zeiss optics providing a 3.5x optical zoom. The top tier configuration with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage will retail for 6999 CNY or approximately 1012 US dollars. The X300s competes directly with professional grade mobile imaging platforms through its current pricing structure.
