Unihertz Titan 2 Elite and Pro Keyboard Smartphones Launch Pre Orders Following Successful Crowdfunding Campaign With Detailed Pricing and Release Dates

Unihertz has officially brought its newest range of keyboard centric smart phones to retail pre order following a highly successful crowdfunding campaign. The company announced it had raised over $4,000,000 over a 50 day Kickstarter campaign. The devices aim to bring the feel of older hardware such as the Blackberry phone style to the modern era.

After the campaign closure the only place to obtain these devices, prior to their likely appearance on third party retail sites, such as Amazon, is the Unihertz web store. The standard model Titan 2 Elite will be available for $489.99, an increase of 40% on its crowdfunding price of $349.99. Customers hoping for the larger of the two devices may face higher price tags, with the Titan 2 Elite Pro carrying a price tag of $579.99, up 30% from its crowdfunding launch price of $439.99.

A $90 price increase will buy the user considerably different internal hardware when compared to the standard model. The Pro version offers twice the internal storage capacity and also comes with an additional processing boost that makes it much more suited for power demanding tasks. The camera also takes a step up, offering optical image stabilization for improved low light photography and video. Both devices do however retain the signature physical keyboard which defined the spiritual successors of the discontinued Blackberry line.

Unihertz has already begun fulfilling orders for the new series of devices to original Kickstarter backers and these should begin shipping from June 2026. For new pre orders the standard Titan 2 Elite is expected to be released in August 2026. This device will be released in both black and orange. Those who buy the flagship Titan 2 Elite Pro will be made to wait until December 2026 before their device is shipped out from Unihertz.

For now the official Unihertz website is the only legitimate source for securing these units outside of the original crowdfunding platform.
