Colorful has launched the iGame X870E VULCAN W OC V14, an all white flagship motherboard built specifically for extreme hardware tuning. The board features an 18+2+2 phase power delivery setup, an updated smart display module, and memory support exceeding 10600 MT/s. It is now available in China with an official price tag of 3999 yuan about 594.49$ US.
Known as the White Vulcan, this model serves as the clean white counterpart to the standard black Vulcan edition while keeping the core hardware intact. Colorful built the board on a 10 layer immersion gold PCB using 2oz copper and backdrill technology to stabilize electrical signals under heavy loads. The power delivery system relies on an 18+2+2 phase layout backed by 110A DrMOS stages. An onboard clock generator chip gives tuners direct control over system frequencies during demanding benchmark runs.
Hardware handling is made easier with a fresh push button graphics card quick release system. This lets builders pop out thick GPUs without jamming tools into tight spaces near the PCB. System monitoring is handled by an updated Vulcan Smart Screen display module mounted right on the board. This screen provides real time data on temperatures, clock speeds, and error codes without needing extra monitoring windows on your monitor.
Memory tuning is a central focus here. The board supports speeds above 10600 MT/s on compatible DDR5 kits. For storage, Colorful configured the layout with 2 Gen5 M.2 slots alongside 3 Gen4 M.2 slots for high speed solid state drives. Network connectivity includes a 5GbE wired ethernet port and Wi Fi 7 wireless running on 320MHz channels. At 3999 yuan, the board targets competitive builders who want a bright white aesthetic without giving up enthusiast grade power delivery.
