Anbernic has launched the RG 35, a budget friendly vertical gaming handheld built for retro emulation. The device features a 3.5 inch IPS display, an RK3326 processor, and a 3200mAh battery capable of lasting 7 hours. It is currently available for purchase in China priced at 299 yuan and $37.99 for global market.
Under the hood, the pocket console runs on a quad core RK3326 chipset clocked at 1.5GHz. Anbernic equips the system with 1GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage to manage software and retro titles. the machine emulates classic gaming platforms including the NES, SNES, N64, Dreamcast, PS1, and PSP. Players can also load their own game files directly onto the system storage.
The front of the handheld centers around a 3.5 inch IPS display with a 640 by 480 pixel resolution.
