Infinix Folax AI Assistant Integrates Direct OZON Shopping Tools

Infinix has rolled out an update for its Folax AI assistant, adding integrated shopping tools linked directly to the OZON marketplace. The assistant now processes natural language shopping queries, performs image searches, and monitors product discounts in real time. The feature operates entirely inside the native assistant interface without requiring standalone marketplace applications.

Folax parses user descriptions to locate specific items on the marketplace. A buyer searching for a travel bag within a specific budget can ask the assistant directly, prompting Folax to pull relevant listings, compare the options, and outline the key differences. Users can also take a photo of an item if they do not know the exact brand or model. The assistant uses visual recognition to match the photo with identical or similar products in the marketplace catalog, removing the need for precise text queries.

Conversation memory lets shoppers pause their product search and resume later without losing previous recommendations. The assistant also tracks price drops automatically. Users set a target price for an item, and Folax sends an alert once the product drops to that specific threshold. This keeps the entire purchasing process inside the native interface, bypassing the need to switch between separate retail apps.
