iQOO has revealed the front design and screen specifications for the Neo 12 ahead of its official debut in China. The handset features a 2K resolution display with a 185 Hz refresh rate alongside an internal cooling fan. Full pricing and regional availability will be confirmed during the official product presentation tomorrow.

Official promotional material shows a flat front panel with minimal bezels and a centered punch hole for the front camera. The panel outputs 2K resolution, supports a 185 Hz refresh rate, and targets reduced power draw at higher brightness levels. According to industry insider Digital Chat Station, iQOO selected a Visionox screen incorporating 4th generation pTSF technology. This panel focuses on screen durability and color accuracy while lowering overall energy consumption during prolonged gaming sessions.

The device runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, working alongside a secondary Q3 display chip. Thermal regulation relies on an Ice Dome cooling system that integrates a physical internal fan and redesigned air channels to move heat away from the silicon. A 9000 mAh battery powers the hardware, supporting fast wired charging at up to 100W.
