Motorola has released the Moto G47 Power, targeting multi day use with a massive 7000 mAh battery that promises up to 78 hours of runtime. The budget phone pairs a 108 MP main camera with a 120 Hz display and a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip. It launches in the UK priced at £299.99, with retail availability dates coming later.
Motorola builds the phone around a 6 nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. Internal hardware includes 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage, expandable up to 1 TB using a microSD card. The device runs Android 16 out of the box. An IP64 rating provides basic protection against dust ingress and water splashes.
The front features a 6.67 inch IPS display running at a 1604x720 resolution with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1050 nits. Motorola added Water Touch software so the panel still tracks fingers when wet. Corning Gorilla Glass 7i covers the screen to resist drops and scratches.
The rear camera array relies on a 108 MP primary sensor with an f/1.7 aperture, which supports 3x digital crop zoom without quality loss. A 2 MP macro sensor sits next to the main lens for close focus shots. For video calls and selfies, the screen cutout holds an 8 MP front camera.
The 7000 mAh battery charges at 30W via TurboPower wired charging and supports 6W reverse wired charging to power accessories. Additional hardware features include a side mounted fingerprint scanner, NFC, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and stereo speakers tuned with Dolby Atmos. Motorola offers 3 Pantone colors called Nautical Blue, Capri, and Impenetrable. Pricing in the UK starts at £299.99 (roughly $400).
