Opel unveiled the STX Concept at the Paris Motor Show, previewing an all electric estate car designed to shape future production styling. The prototype pairs an evolved Opel Vizor illuminated front panel with motorized aerodynamic body panels that deploy at high speeds. Opel confirmed an all wheel drive electric powertrain capable of exceeding 200 km/h, but technical details on battery capacity and range remain unannounced.

The front end builds on the signature Opel Vizor design language. A large illuminated fascia replaces the traditional radiator grille, carrying a glowing brand emblem flanked by vertical light strips. Slim lighting strips define the rear, while compact digital cameras replace standard glass wing mirrors. The roofline slopes sharply toward the rear to boost cargo space and create a sporting profile.

Airflow management relies on motorized parts built directly into the body. At higher speeds, automated diffusers and lateral flaps extend outward to cut drag and stabilize the chassis. Opel engineered custom aero wheel rims to smooth airflow along the sides of the car. Inside the cabin, the layout features lightweight seating and ambient illumination strips.

Opel equipped the vehicle with an all wheel drive electric dual motor setup. Maximum speed pushes beyond 200 km/h. Opel did not disclose motor wattage, battery capacity, or projected driving range. While this estate car is not planned for direct series assembly, several styling cues and airflow systems will transition into future road models.
