Colorful Introduces New iGame Shadow II DDR5 Memory for AMD Ryzen 9000

PC parts maker Colorful has shared news about their second iGame Shadow II DDR5 memory line. This fresh batch comes with a new heatsink design and aims to boost the power of setups using AMD's soon-to-come Ryzen 9000 series chips.

Speed and Fit

This new memory is made just for AMD's Ryzen 9000 setup but also works with Intel setups. It can use both AMD EXPO and Intel XMP 3.0 to set high speeds with one click.

  • Speed: You can get kits that go as fast as 6400 MT/s.
  • Latency: It has very low delay choices, with some kits at CL28 timings.
  • Easy to Use: Set up for "plug-and-play" with ready profiles to pull out maximum power from new chips without having to tweak settings.

Look and Style

The iGame Shadow II parts have a new look that draws from old East Asian ink wash art. The heat spreaders come in black and white, showing a moving shadow print on the side. For those who love looks, there are RGB LEDs on top of the parts for box light.

Kits You Can Buy

The series will come in many sizes to match different needs, with options for hand tuning to go even faster. Planned kits include:

  • 32 GB Kits (2x 16GB)
  • 48 GB Kits (2x 24GB)
  • 64 GB Kits (2x 32GB)
  • 96 GB Kits (2x 48GB)
