Huawei launched Mate 80 Series and New High-res FreeBuds Pro 5
Officially, Huawei launched the Mate 80 series in China, introducing its newer flagship standard Mate 80 and the Mate 80 Pro, a more powerful variant in the series. Apart from these new smartphones, the company also launched the audiophile-oriented FreeBuds Pro 5 for high-speed proprietary connectivity. Although the specifications on these price points remain unconfirmed for international availability, feature-rich hardware is enticing them in the premium segment.
The Huawei Mate 80 High-Quality Display Affordable Price
The standard Mate 80 is intended to serve as a flagship value proposition. Even this entry-level phone borrows a lot from its more expensive siblings, especially when it comes to display decoration. However, the processing power is relatively lower to keep prices down.

However, if you should go for the 16GB RAM version, you will be rewarded with the Kirin 9030 Pro, which is said to boast a performance increase of about 40% over the base Mate 80, but still falling short when compared to some of the competition such as the Snapdragon 8 Elite or Apple A19 Pro.

With the launch of the phones comes the release of the FreeBuds Pro 5, which Huawei was then promoting for high-fidelity sound using its proprietary NearLink technology for delivery.
