ASRock Enters Flagship Monitor Market with 3 Taichi OLED Displays

ASRock has expanded its flagship Taichi series into the gaming monitor market with 3 high performance OLED displays. The lineup includes the 4K TCO27USA, the 500Hz TCO27QXA, and the dual mode TCO27QXB capable of reaching 720Hz. All 3 panels feature DisplayPort 2.1 connectivity, integrated KVM switching, and 65W power delivery over USB Type C.

The TCO27USA targets creators and gamers who prioritize visual sharpness over raw speed. It uses a 27 inch 4K UHD Penta Tandem OLED panel running at 240Hz. VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification ensures deep black levels and accurate contrast for dark scenes. On the back, ASRock added its signature dual lighting design to give the chassis a recognizable aesthetic.

Competitive players get 2 options engineered specifically for fast motion clarity. The TCO27QXA features a 27 inch QHD QD OLED panel that hits a 500Hz refresh rate. It carries VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification to keep high contrast picture quality intact during rapid gameplay.

For players demanding maximum frames, the TCO27QXB brings a switchable dual mode system to a 27 inch Tandem WOLED panel. Users can run standard QHD resolution at 540Hz for everyday gaming, or drop the display down to HD resolution to hit 720Hz. This flexible mode lets esports players trade resolution for immediate visual feedback in competitive matches.

ASRock equipped all 3 monitors with identical productivity tools and display interfaces. Each unit includes DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1 connections alongside a USB Type C port with 65W power delivery. You also get an integrated KVM switch to run 2 computers using 1 keyboard and mouse. Factory color calibration comes standard across the entire lineup, supported by AMD FreeSync Premium Pro to prevent screen tearing.
