OPPO has released the A7 Pro Max 5G to international buyers following its initial debut in China. The mid range phone packs an enormous 10000 mAh battery, a 120 Hz AMOLED display, and a 50 MP main camera with optical stabilization. European buyers can pick up the device in black and blue colorways starting at €599 for the model with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
Battery endurance is the primary selling point for this release. The 10000 mAh cell supports 80W wired charging to replenish power rapidly. Owners can also turn the smartphone into a 27W portable power bank to charge other accessories and phones via cable.
Up front sits a 6.78 inch AMOLED screen with a 2772x1272 resolution and a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate. An optical fingerprint reader is embedded directly under the glass for authentication. Under the hood runs a Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 processor backed by LPDDR4X memory and fast UFS 3.1 storage.
The rear camera array includes a 50 MP main sensor with optical image stabilization alongside a secondary 2 MP monochrome sensor. Selfies use another 50 MP sensor. Video capture across all cameras tops out at 1080p at 30 frames per second.
Protection is a major priority on this model. The chassis earns an IP69K rating, giving it strong defense against dust and high pressure water sprays. The smartphone runs ColorOS 16 built on Android 16 and includes an NFC chip for contactless payments.
