Sony has revealed an official Grand Theft Auto 6 limited edition DualSense wireless controller during its latest State of Play broadcast. The accessory features Vice City themed artwork with custom palm tree engravings and gradient sunset accents across 2 distinct color options. It is scheduled to launch alongside the game in November with pre orders starting in September 10 at 10:00am Local time for $84.99 USD/ ¥12,480 (including tax) / €84.99/ £74.99.
The controller comes in both black and white finishes, each treated with a custom textured surface. Sony placed a large Roman numeral VI logo across the center of the touchpad to mark the release. Along the grips, subtle palm tree engravings reflect the tropical aesthetic of Vice City. The bottom portion of the chassis uses a gradient color shift that mimics neon lights against a sunset sky.
Beyond the visual overhaul, the controller retains all standard PlayStation 5 hardware capabilities. Players can expect full support for adaptive triggers and refined haptic feedback tailored to the open world environment. Sony confirmed that specific in game actions and environmental effects will translate directly through the internal motors. It adds a tangible layer to gameplay. You will feel different textures across varied terrain, weather conditions, and vehicle handling.
Sony set the regional price tag at $84.99 USD/ ¥12,480 (including tax) / €84.99/ £74.99. With pre orders opening ahead of the November release window, the hardware gives fans a direct way to prepare their setups before returning to Vice City.
