JSAUX designs the gamepad with dimensions of 133 by 75 by 24 millimeters and a total weight of 113 grams. The internal hardware includes analog sticks using TMR magnetic technology to prevent directional drift. The optical linear triggers allow players to switch between 2 travel distance settings depending on the genre. The chassis also incorporates programmable back buttons, a six axis gyroscope for motion aiming, and 2 vibration motors for haptic feedback.

Players adjust the controller settings through the KeyLinker app. The application allows button remapping, analog stick sensitivity adjustments, custom dead zone calibration, and dedicated game profiles. Physical connections support tri mode functionality using a USB Type C cable, Bluetooth, or a 2.4 GHz wireless receiver. The Bluetooth profile stores multiple paired systems, while the 2.4 GHz dongle allows 2 separate gamepads to link to a single receiver for local multiplayer.

A 1000 mAh rechargeable battery powers the gamepad during wireless sessions. JSAUX rates the internal cell for roughly 10 hours of continuous gameplay, with a full recharge taking about 3 hours over USB Type C. The VOIDJOY SkyLark S1 Pro is currently available through official retail channels with an official price tag of $49.99.
