Nubia to unveil upgraded Z60 Ultra with a boosted processor and AI features

Following the release of their gaming-centric Red Magic 9S Pro, Nubia has announced a new iteration of their powerful yet more "mainstream" flagship, the Z60 Ultra. While this model has been released before, the company promises an upgraded processor and a proprietary AI technology dubbed "Nubia AI+." A release date and other details were also unveiled.

Currently, the Z60 Ultra runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. This updated version will boast an overclocked variant of the same processor, bumping up the core frequency from 3.3GHz to 3.4GHz and the Adreno 750 GPU frequency from 900MHz to 1.1GHz. Additionally, the smartphone will incorporate a suite of AI features under the "Nubia AI+" umbrella. In their promotional material, Nubia boldly claims the device to be "the fastest Ultra of 2024."
