AIGO Launched Budget-Friendly Xingcan EC Power Supplies with ATX 3.1

AIGO has now revealed an affordable power supply series, the Xingcan EC series. It offers a very neat ATX 3.1 certification, comes with 80 Plus Gold certification for high efficiency, and is fully modular inside an exceptionally compact 140mm deep chassis.

Aimed at builders that want modern features at an affordable price, the Xingcan EC series brings together several technologies and components.

  • Certification: Efficiency-wise, these power supplies have been 80 Plus Gold-certified and conform to the Intel ATX 3.1 standard.
  • GPU Power: Models rated for 750W and more come equipped with the 12V-2x6 power cable for modern graphics cards.

Cooling and Fan Performance

The 120mm hydraulic bearing fan takes care of the heat in the Xingcan EC units; it has a nine-blade structure that is capable of running at a maximum speed of 1800 RPM and will deliver maximum airflow of 68.5 CFM. The fan runs with zero RPM under loads of 30 percent or lower, thus guaranteeing a silent operation. Life of the fan is rated at 40,000 hours.
