Honor Refines Thin and Light Computing with the 2026 Notebook X Plus Lineup Featuring High End X14 and X16 Professional Specifications and Competitive Market Pricing

Honor has moved to capture the premium mid range laptop market with the official debut of its Notebook X Plus 2026 series. The manufacturer presents two different design options which include the X14 Plus and X16 Plus that both feature metal construction and design elements that are exclusive to top end workstations. The machines will become available to consumers through retail stores in May 2026, which will target users who want both visual elegance and cutting edge processing capabilities.

The X16 Plus Professional Specifications

The Honor Notebook X16 Plus presents its main features through a 16 inch display which shows content at 2560 by 1600 pixel resolution. The panel achieves smooth visual output through its ability to display images at a 120 Hz refresh rate. Honor has selected the Intel Core Ultra 5 325 as the silicon heart for this machine, configured with a 52 W power profile. The system uses a processor combined with 16 GB of LPDDR5X 7467 memory and a 1 TB solid state drive. Honor provides users with an expansion option through an additional storage slot that enables them to boost their internal storage capacity whenever they require more space.

The X16 Plus presents a highly space efficient design that achieves 15.9 mm thickness and 1.67 kg weight. Honor has outfitted the metal chassis with a comprehensive array of physical connectors. The layout includes two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C ports, two USB Type A ports, and a dedicated HDMI 2.1 output for external displays. The device uses a 3.5 mm audio jack for sound connections while it connects to networks through Wifi 6E and Bluetooth 5.1. The device supports NFC which allows it to integrate with other devices in the ecosystem.

The X16 Plus includes an 80 Wh battery which enables users to work effectively in mobile situations according to Honor. The manufacturer claims support for 65 W fast charging to replenish the cell quickly, while a 60 W reverse charging feature allows the laptop to act as a power bank for other mobile devices. The system includes dual speakers for sound output, a 720p webcam for video calls, and a fingerprint scanner for secure login access. The features exist within a chassis that preserves the brand's trademark silver design.

The Honor Notebook X14 Plus 2026 Portability

The Honor Notebook X14 Plus 2026 offers a more portable experience without sacrificing display quality. The 14 inch model brings higher pixel density through its native resolution of 2880 by 1800 pixels although a less expensive Full HD version will be available at launch. The device achieves weight reduction to 1.27 kg and its profile now reaches a thickness of 14.9 mm. The internal specifications remain the same as those of the larger 16 inch model, which includes the Intel Core Ultra 5 processor and all available expansion options.

The Honor release schedule states that consumers will be able to purchase the series starting in May 2026. The financial entry point for the 14 inch model begins at 878 dollars for the Full HD variant, while the high resolution X14 Plus is priced at 952 dollars. The standard resolution X16 Plus costs 910 dollars and the high resolution flagship model costs 980 dollars. Honor provides a cost effective option to compete with existing business oriented ultra thin laptops.
