8BitDo has launched the Ultimate 3E Xbox controller bundle in China. The package includes a wireless charging dock, modular buttons, and magnetic TMR joysticks designed for precision gaming. It is now up for pre order starting at 699 yuan about 103.91$ US.
The controller features a wider grip angle designed to sit naturally in your hands during long gaming sessions. Customization is the main selling point here. Players can swap between cross style and circular directional pads, switch between clicky microswitches and conductive rubber ABXY buttons, and pick from 3 different thumbstick cap textures. The magnetic faceplate also pops off easily, letting you customize the look of the gamepad in seconds.
Under the shell, the hardware relies on TMR sensors for the analog sticks alongside two stage Hall effect linear triggers. For extra inputs, 8BitDo added remappable mini bumper buttons and rear back paddles. Around the joysticks, interactive RGB lighting rings provide customizable visual flair during gameplay.
Desktop players get access to a fast 1000Hz polling rate over 2.4GHz wireless or wired USB connections, with 6 axis motion sensing supported on PC. Audio is routed through a 3.5mm headphone jack compatible with both PC and Xbox hardware. The gamepad weighs 285 grams and packs a 1500mAh internal battery for extended wireless play. The full retail bundle ships with the controller, a wireless charging stand, extra replacement components, and a dedicated connection adapter in 1 box.
