Acer has launched the A543 in China, a 2 in 1 Windows tablet powered by an Intel Celeron J4105 processor. The device comes with 16GB of RAM, a 1TB SSD, and a 60Hz display with a 1920x1200 resolution. It is currently listed on JD com for 4299 yuan about 639.47$.
The internal setup presents an unusual mix. Acer decided to run the tablet on an Intel Celeron J4105 quad core processor, but backed it up with a generous 16GB of memory and 1TB of solid state storage. That provides plenty of room for documents, media, and everyday productivity. The screen measures up with a clean 1920x1200 resolution running at 60Hz. For cameras, the front has a 5MP sensor for video calls, while an 8MP camera sits on the rear shell for daily snapshots.
On the power side, the tablet carries a 6000mAh internal battery. It supports 45W wired fast charging to reduce downtime at your desk. The physical port layout is surprisingly broad for a slim machine. You get 1 USB A 3.0 port, 1 full function USB C port, 1 secondary USB C port, and 1 Micro HDMI port for connecting an external monitor without needing extra adapters.
The tablet is currently available to order through the Chinese online storefront JD com at an official price of 4299 yuan. Acer has not announced any timeline for bringing this specific model to international markets.
