BIWIN Releases DW100 48GB DDR5 Memory with AMD EXPO Ultra Low Latency Support

BIWIN has introduced a new version of its DW100 memory kit featuring AMD EXPO Ultra Low Latency certification. The 48GB DDR5 kit comes in a 24GB by 2 configuration running at 6000 MT/s with CL28 timings, claiming up to a 10% boost in 1% low gaming frame rates. It focuses on tightening secondary sub timings that most PC builders overlook during manual overclocking.

Standard memory overclocking profiles usually adjust primary timings and leave secondary values loose. BIWIN targets this limitation with the AMD EXPO ULL profile on the DW100 kit. The profile automatically tightens critical secondary timings like tREFI, tRRDS, and tWRWRSCL into tested, stable presets. This removes the need for manual BIOS adjustments while extracting extra memory controller performance.

Internal testing from BIWIN shows measurable gains across demanding PC titles. The test platform paired an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X processor with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card running at 1080p on low settings. In Counter Strike 2, the tightened timings delivered an 8% increase in average frame rates and an 11.91% jump in 1% low frame rates.

The improvements were also visible in heavier graphical workloads. In Black Myth Wukong, minimum frame rates improved by 18.18%. These numbers show that dialing in secondary timings helps smooth out frame delivery during heavy action scenes where sudden dips usually occur.
