OnePlus has launched the 40W Magnetic Cooler OnePlus Cup 26 Edition in China. The gaming accessory features an exclusive red gold color scheme with unique serial numbers stamped on every individual unit. Priced at 249 yuan, the cooler upgrades internal cooling power to 40W to keep mobile temperatures low during heavy gaming sessions.
The cooler delivers a big jump in thermal performance over the older 27W version. In testing with an ambient room temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, the unit drops to 0 degrees in just 18 seconds. Letting it run for 20 seconds pushes the surface temperature down to 1.41 degrees below zero. This speed comes from a custom 1600 square millimeter thermoelectric cooler chip backed by an axial fan, aluminum fins, and copper foil silicone padding.
OnePlus also reworked the airflow path to keep heat away from players. Air exhausts strictly through the top and bottom vents so hot air never blows directly onto your fingers while holding the phone. The cooler attaches using the OPPO Mag system with 10N of magnetic force, ensuring a tight grip during fast matches. The entire accessory weighs approximately 103 grams, making it light enough to avoid fatiguing your wrists.
