DeepCool has listed the AK500 Digital G2 Black Edition CPU air cooler on retail platform JD.com. The single tower cooler features 5 heat pipes measuring 6 mm, an all black finish, and a top mounted digital display for live CPU tracking. It carries an introductory price tag of 249 RMB (approx. $37 USD) alongside a 3 year warranty before moving to its standard 299 RMB (approx. $45 USD) retail price.
The cooler uses an offset tower structure that prevents tall memory sticks from getting blocked. It measures 129 by 117 by 159 millimeters and weighs 1362 grams. The aluminum fin stack offers a total surface area of 1261721 square millimeters, coated entirely in black to resist corrosion and blend into dark PC builds. A copper base transfers heat into 5 separate 6 mm pipes that run up through the dense fin array.
The main selling point is the high definition display sitting on the top cover. When connected to DeepCool software, the screen tracks CPU temperature, usage percentage, wattage draw, and clock speed in real time. This lets you check processor health at a quick glance through your side panel without opening background apps.
Airflow comes from a 120 by 120 by 25 millimeter cooling fan built around a long lasting Hydro Bearing. The fan runs up to 2200 RPM to deliver 63.4 CFM of airflow and 3.33 mmAq of static pressure. It also features ISST smart start stop technology, which shuts the blades down completely during light workloads to eliminate idle hum. Maximum sound output stays below 31.45 dB(A) under heavy loads.
Mounting hardware covers modern desktop platforms without requiring extra adapters. Supported sockets include Intel LGA1851, LGA1700, LGA1200, and LGA115X, as well as AMD AM5 and AM4. The entire package provides budget conscious PC builders with a clean digital monitoring setup without the high price tag of liquid cooling.
