The new dual channel kits support AMD EXPO Ultra Low Latency profiles to tighten sub timings and reduce memory delay. Enthusiasts can configure the 32GB kits with ultra tight latency profiles dropping as low as CL26.
The Trident Z5 Royal NeoX introduces official support for AMD EXPO Ultra Low Latency, often called EXPO ULL. Compared to the older Royal Neo series, these modules feature factory tuned secondary and tertiary timings rather than relying solely on primary numbers. G.SKILL stated that this fine tuning extracts extra speed from compatible AMD Ryzen desktop processors by cutting down overall memory delay during heavy gaming and computing tasks.
All launch kits arrive in a 32GB capacity consisting of 2 sticks of 16GB memory rated for speeds up to 6000MT/s. Enthusiasts looking for the lowest possible latency can select four different timing configurations: CL26 36 36 32, CL28 36 36 32, CL30 38 38 32, or CL36 36 36 76. The CL26 option stands out as an aggressive profile for builders wanting maximum responsiveness out of their 6000MT/s memory setup.
The NeoX lineup continues the signature luxury styling of the Royal family, featuring crown jewel style light bars and polished heatspreaders.
