MSI has listed the PRO COREFROZR AR15, a budget friendly single tower air cooler aimed at mainstream PC builders. The cooler packs 5 copper heat pipes with direct CPU contact and a 120 millimeter ARGB fan into a compact heatsink. Preorders are currently active on JD.com at a launch price of 160 yuan (approx. $24 USD) ahead of its upcoming retail rollout.

The PRO COREFROZR AR15 stands 155 millimeters tall with a depth of 58 millimeters and a width of 120 millimeters. It relies on 5 copper heat pipes measuring 6 millimeters in diameter that make direct contact with the CPU heat spreader to pull heat away from the processor. Thermal dissipation is handled by 48 high density aluminum fins arranged in a low resistance channel to maintain airflow pressure across the tower while keeping operational noise low. On top sits an all black matte cover finished with vertical textures and an MSI logo for a minimalist look inside the chassis.

Airflow is driven by a 120 x 120 x 25 millimeter rifle bearing fan that supports PWM speed control. The rotor spins between 510 and 2100 RPM to deliver up to 59.97 CFM of airflow and 2.03 mmH2O of static pressure. Maximum noise output reaches 29.95 dBA under full load. MSI rates the fan operational life at 40,000 hours in ambient temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius and includes a 300 millimeter cable for easier cable routing. Builders can also sync the lighting with MSI Mystic Light software through standard ARGB headers.

MSI packages the cooler with mounting hardware for modern desktop processor platforms. It supports Intel LGA 1700 and LGA 1851 sockets alongside AMD AM4 and AM5 motherboards. Installation uses a spring screw design that balances pressure across the processor socket and reduces the steps required to secure the tower to the motherboard.
