According to official release details from the company, the device integrates artificial intelligence straight into the hardware architecture. This project was developed as a joint effort between Nubia, ZTE, and ByteDance, the parent company of TikTok.
The central feature is the Doubao Phone Assistant. This software focuses on 4 specific capabilities. It reads screen context instantly. It handles complex multi step tasks like booking travel tickets or completing digital purchases automatically. The system also remembers personal user habits over time while keeping security locked down to protect private data.
Under the hood, the phone runs on the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 platform. This is paired with an industry milestone on the component side. The NaviX Ultra will be the first retail device to use LPDDR5X 10667 memory modules manufactured by ChangXin Memory Technologies in China. This memory standard is built to feed data directly into heavy local machine learning models without hitting processing delays.
Visuals are handled by a 6.78 inch OLED screen that outputs a 1.5K resolution and refreshes at 144 Hz. For photography, the rear panel includes an optical zoom camera system alongside the main lenses. The phone also packs a dedicated physical button on the outer frame to let users wake the assistant instantly. Power comes from a huge 7100 mAh battery built for long runtimes. Pricing and regional market rollout plans will be revealed during the official presentation next week.
