AOC 16T40D Portable OLED Monitor Launches with 1200p Display

AOC has launched the 16T40D, a 16 inch portable OLED monitor featuring a 1920x1200 resolution and a 60 Hz refresh rate. The display packs an aluminum alloy chassis, 4 low blue light presets, and a bundled magnetic leather cover. It is now available in China for 1549 yuan, which converts to roughly $215 USD.

The 16 inch OLED panel delivers a 16:10 aspect ratio at 1920x1200 pixels. It covers 95% of the DCI P3 color space with an 8 bit color depth and an average Delta E of less than 2 under the sRGB standard. Typical panel brightness reaches 300 nits. AOC uses direct current dimming to eliminate screen flicker, pairing the panel with 4 dedicated low blue light modes for office work, web browsing, reading, and multimedia playback.

The monitor ships with a magnetic folding leather cover that protects the glass and serves as a desk stand.
