Honor 700 Series Design Teased with Secondary Rear Display

Honor has introduced the design for the Honor 700 smartphone series in China. The lineup includes the base Honor 700, the Honor 700 Pro, and the more affordable Honor 700S, all featuring a secondary display built directly into the rear camera bump. Official pricing, full hardware specifications, and exact retail availability remain unannounced.

Official images show a square secondary screen placed beside the camera lenses. Rumored to measure 1.72 inches, this auxiliary panel displays the clock, animated widgets, and preview frames when capturing selfies with the primary camera. Honor offers all 3 models in 4 identical colors: white, light blue, dark blue, and pink.

Honor splits memory options across the lineup. The standard Honor 700 comes with 12GB or 16GB of RAM alongside 256GB or 512GB of internal storage. The Honor 700 Pro arrives in 3 distinct storage tiers, while the Honor 700S is limited to 2 configurations, both running on 12GB of RAM.

Industry leaks point to large 9000 mAh batteries and 6.57 inch 1.5K OLED displays for both the Honor 700 and Honor 700 Pro. The standard edition reportedly runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 silicon, while the Pro variant steps up to a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor. Honor has not yet confirmed these internal components ahead of the official launch event.
