OnePlus launched the Ace 7 lineup in China, introducing the standard Ace 7 and the Ace 7 Pro with 9000mAh batteries and 185Hz Oriental screens. Early retail figures reveal sales for the series hit roughly 180% compared to the earlier Ace 6 over the same launch window. Pricing starts at 2761.65 yuan after local subsidies, with the Pro variant driving heavy early volume.
Sales tracker RD Observation shared retail sell out figures covering the launch afternoon and the following 3 days. The entire Ace 7 lineup reached roughly 180% of the total recorded by the Ace 6 series during that same initial timeframe. Looking strictly at the Ace 7 Pro, standalone volume reached 125% of the total Ace 6 lineup sales. OnePlus China President Li Jie stated that early customer demand remained strong, noting that the OnePlus 16 and Ace 7 Pro took the top 2 spots for Android launch sales in 2026.
Both phones share several baseline features across the line. OnePlus installs a 185Hz Oriental display panel, a dual channel glacier air cooling system, and a 9000mAh battery pack. The shared cooling system targets thermal management during extended high frame rate gaming sessions, balancing the demands of the rapid refresh panel and massive cell capacity.
OnePlus separates the models through processor and camera hardware. The Ace 7 Pro upgrades to the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with specialized internal tuning for sustained loads. For photography, the Pro model adds a 3.5x periscope telephoto camera for optical zoom shots, an option omitted on the base Ace 7 to keep the entry price lower.
