A representative from MSI commented in the official Gaming Discord channel that the new 800-series motherboards are Future CPU Ready. This abundantly indicates that support for the upcoming Zen 6-based processors is already integrated into the design of these motherboards.

This news goes hand in hand with AMD's statement concerning the AM5 socket supporting multiple processor generations. This platform was launched with Zen 4 (Ryzen 7000 series) and is currently adhering to Zen 5 (Ryzen 9000 series) and Ryzen 8000G APUs.
