vivo X300 Series Launching October 30 with New Camera Tech and OS
vivo has taken a global decision to set the launch date for the upcoming X300 series of smartphones on October 30.
Key Features of the vivo X300 Series
The new series is expected to deliver unbounded processing power and all-new camera technology features. According to current information, the devices will incorporate the following:
- Processor: All new models will come powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset.
- Camera Sensors: The entire series is going to use 200-megapixel image sensors. The standard vivo X300 would opt for a 200-MP main camera, while the X300 Pro model would reportedly favor a 200-MP sensor in the telephoto lens as well.
- Optional Accessory, External Lens to Magnify Zoom: For the European market, vivo will offer an external lens for available purchase. It is designed to extend the effective focal length of the smartphone's standard camera from 85mm up to 200mm with this accessory, effectively boosting its zoom capabilities.
Global Debut of OriginOS
The vivo X300 series will also herald change in the software arena for the company. These will be the first vivo smartphones to hit the global market based on OriginOS and not before adopted Funtouch OS.
