HUAWEI honeycombs with a secure version of Harmony OS for the HM740 laptop

The entry into the technological workspace has been birthed by Huawei with the HM740 village under refurbishment. The laptop runs on a special version of HarmonyOS 6 Enterprise Edition with greater privacy protection as well as workspace management tools.

HarmonyOS for the New Workspace

The most important feature of the HM740 is its tailored operating system allowing users to have a work and play environment on one machine that can be switched instantaneously between the two by a simple gesture of four fingers glide.

For greater streamline security, Huawei claims, on first power-on, the laptop enforces the necessary security policy and configures the workspace, hence making it convenient for the user as well as the IT department in charge.
