The internal architecture is built around the Nordic Semiconductor nRF54H20 chipset and the PixArt PAW3950 sensor. This combination allows for a maximum sensitivity of 30,000 DPI with 50 G acceleration and a tracking speed of 750 IPS. The wireless radio module supports a polling rate range from 125 to 8000 Hz providing the low latency required for competitive play.

Mionix has utilized Raesha optical mechanical hybrid microswitches for the primary buttons. These components are rated for a lifespan of 100,000,000 clicks. The mouse operates wirelessly via a dedicated radio channel but includes a USB C port for wired connectivity and charging.

Users can adjust the polling frequency to extend battery life through the Mionix Galaxy software utility. This application also handles sensor calibration for specific surfaces, macro programming, and profile management.

The total weight of the mouse is 40 grams when using the standard Teflon glides. For users who prefer a different friction profile Mionix offers glass glides which bring the total weight to 42 grams. The initial shipments for the Avior Air Carbon Fiber are scheduled to begin in August 2026.
