Sony Interactive Entertainment has officially confirmed the release schedule and retail prices for a variety of highly anticipated peripherals set to compliment the PlayStation 5 and PC gaming ecosystems. In an update on the official PlayStation Blog, the company detailed a new product lineup, including an official wireless arcade stick for competitive players, a new desktop display monitor with a built in charging dock, and an array of wireless desktop speakers planned to extend the brand's spatial audio offering in late 2026.

The official release for the FlexStrike wireless fight stick has been confirmed for August 6, timed perfectly to allow for the new controller to see use in some of the major fighting game tournaments occurring. This arcade stick will work across both PlayStation 5 and PC systems and will prioritize portability thanks to the inclusion of a dedicated carrying case, a built in rechargeable battery, and an optional included wired mode. Consumers will be able to place their pre orders on June 12 for the new fight stick at $199.99 USD, 199.99 EUR, 179.99 GBP, and 34,980 JPY respectively. Initial quantities for pre order at direct.playstation.com will be limited and can be claimed beginning at 10:00am ET for customers in the United States, while Europe pre orders will begin at 10:00am local time in participating regions.

To reach players at the desktop level, Sony is announcing its new 27 inch gaming monitor with an integrated DualSense charging hook, aimed at those using personal gaming stations and PC desktop setups. The new display will see an August 27 release date in the United States and Japan, and will include a 2560x1440 QHD IPS panel with a supported Variable Refresh Rate. This panel will support up to 120Hz when connected to a PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 5 Pro, and will be able to go up to 240Hz on compatible PC and Mac systems. Pre orders for the 27 inch gaming monitor with a charging hook will go live on June 5, starting at 10:00am ET on Best Buy and direct.playstation.com for those in the United States, and participating retail stores in Japan, with a suggested retail price of $349.99 USD and 49,980 JPY.

Pulse Elevate Wireless Speakers Coming Late 2026

The final part of Sony's upcoming accessory rollout is set for later this year when the company announces the release date for the Pulse Elevate wireless speakers. These will aim to expand the acoustic innovation of the Pulse headset series into a desktop form factor and should pair with the new 27 inch monitor for an all new spatial audio experience beyond the living room.
