Lenovo has revealed the Aurora GK10 RT60, marking the brand debut in the magnetic switch keyboard space. The compact 60% keyboard combines rapid trigger magnetic switches with a tiny desk footprint. Lenovo has not yet shared final pricing or an official launch window.
The hardware uses a 60% layout to free up mouse space. To shrink the chassis, designers removed the top function row and separate arrow keys. Gamers access those missing inputs through secondary key layers instead. On the left side of the casing, Lenovo included a dedicated anchor hole for attaching decorative straps or lanyards. The overall look focuses on clean lines and minimal desktop clutter.
Under the keycaps, the board relies on magnetic Hall effect switches with rapid trigger functionality. Traditional mechanical keyboards require a switch to return past a fixed reset point before you can press it again. Magnetic switches remove that physical restriction, allowing keypresses to reset the instant your finger moves upward. This gives competitive players much faster reaction times in fast action titles.
On the software side, the device integrates directly with the Lenovo Aurora peripheral control suite. Players can adjust key actuation depths, tweak rapid trigger sensitivity, and synchronize RGB lighting profiles inside that single program. According to official announcements on the Lenovo Weibo service channel, full technical specifications and release plans will be announced soon.
