Asus Updates the TUF Gaming A14 for 2026 with an AMD Strix Halo APU
The TUF Gaming A14 is being updated for 2026 by Asus, which swaps out the older processor options for AMD's Strix Halo APU. The latest Ryzen AI Max+ 392, with the integrated Radeon 8060S iGPU, comes in two color choices.

Central to this upgrade is the introduction of the AMD processor that now solves issues of performance disparity seen in the previous year's model.

- Graphics: Integrated AMD Radeon 8060S
- Power: APU Turbo will go up to 85W.
- Memory & Storage: 32GB RAM and 1TB storage. Expansion via second M.2 slot.

Display and Physical Design
It carries a high-res, high-refresh display with a slightly lighter body.

- Display Specifications: 165Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of 400 nits, 100% sRGB color space coverage.
- Chassis: Weighing in at 1.48 kg. Asus also mentions improved airflow on this new revision.
- Input: Keyboard with 1.7 mm key travel and a glass touchpad with 16:10 aspect ratio.

TUF Gaming A14 comes with new-age ports and wireless standards.

Asus has not mentioned anything with respect to the speaker quality improvement over the previous-gen models.
