Machenike Mini GTR Mini PC with Ryzen 7 8745H and Expandable Storage Launches for Pre Order

Machenike Mini GTR Mini PC Features Ryzen 7 8745H Performance with Compact Hardware Design and Comprehensive Connectivity Options for Everyday Users

Machenike has already listed the Mini GTR mini PC up for pre order on China’s e commerce platform JD.com. The computer costs 3,999 RMB (around $587) and provides 16GB of RAM and 1TB SSD storage, all within a Ryzen 7 8745H processor based system designed for users who prioritize a compact footprint and need contemporary laptop class performance at its size for day to day work.

The Machenike Mini GTR measures a mere 128 by 128 by 41.3 millimeters and has a volume of 0.67 liters, making it remarkably compact. The chassis has a total weight of about 650 grams. This ultra compact system utilizes an 8 core, 16 thread Ryzen 7 8745H processor capable of clock speeds up to 4.9 GHz with the included boost functionality. The graphics is powered by the integrated AMD Radeon 780M. The integrated graphics, while not ideal for dedicated gaming, should provide a competent user experience and handle some lighter gaming tasks. While you probably won’t be able to push Cyberpunk 2077 or Forza Horizon 5 to high graphical settings, you might be able to at lower resolutions.

The Machenike Mini GTR includes 2 SO DIMM slots and 2 M.2 slots which allow for expansion of memory and storage. This is desirable because memory and storage are generally not soldered to the motherboard. Features include:

  • DDR5 memory support across two slots for up to 64 GB of RAM.
  • Two M.2 slots supporting PCIe 4.0 storage up to 1TB each.
  • Dual heat pipe cooling system allowing for sustained 65W power draw.

This device has many of the ports you’ll need. The Mini GTR comes with 6 USB A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, as well as 1 USB4 40Gbps port which could potentially be used for a fast external drive, a portable dock, or display. You’ll have a display output for HDMI 2.0 and a second for DisplayPort 1.4 for external monitors. Finally it includes a 2.5G Ethernet port as well as Wi Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3. Machenike’s Mini GTR looks to be an excellent small form factor system, especially considering its competitive pricing and expandable hardware. This would give you great flexibility in terms of upgrading, and should be very capable for everyday use.
