Retail pricing is expected to land around 2000 RMB about 298.00$ US when the player officially debuts at the company upcoming autumn product showcase next week.

FiiO Teases DT11 as World First Portable Android Digital Transport

FiiO designed the DT11 specifically for listeners who prefer clean, stacked portable audio rigs. According to statements published on the official FiiO Weibo account and confirmed by company cofounder Zhong Tao, the transport features MagSafe compatibility so it can stick securely to the back of modern phones. Having 2 Type C ports solves a common frustration for portable setups. 1 port delivers digital audio streams to an external DAC while the second port keeps the transport powered and charging at the same time.

The company positions the hardware as an ideal front end companion for pocket HiFi systems. It outputs audio signals through an ultra low jitter coaxial connection alongside high power USB digital output. Because the system runs on Android, listeners can run streaming apps directly on the transport without draining their main phone battery or dealing with standard system audio limitations.

Rising memory prices across the electronics supply chain have impacted the initial target price. Zhong Tao pointed out that steep price increases for internal RAM and flash storage forced the team to set the expected retail price around 2000 RMB. FiiO plans to reveal the complete technical specifications and market release schedule during its upcoming autumn hardware presentation.
